The Motorola/Symbol Technologies is good value for the money as it gives you options with regard to configuration, colour or monochrome and battery size.  All of the MC3090 series come with a square (320X320) screen which is a little different and causes applications written for rectangular screens to not size properly.  The colour screen is far superior to the monochrome and compared side to side is like night and day.   Watch out for the smaller memory on the monochrome units.
